Maintenance staff vacuum the pool, hourly staff clean the facility, and a contractor maintains the pool water.

The POA member is responsible for adherence to these rules by guests and self.
1. Only POA members in good standing and their guests may use the swimming pool.
2. No lifeguards are present. Therefore, all activities conducted in the pool complex are at the individual’s own risk.
3. Children under thirteen must be continuously accompanied by a responsible adult (at least 18 years old).
4. Swimmers must wear proper bathing suits. NO CUT-OFFS!
5. No food or drink is to be brought to the water’s edge.
6. Glass containers will not be allowed in the pool complex. Everyone is expected to dispose of all waste in the cans provided. NO LITTERING!
7. During the threat of thundershowers, swimmers must clear the pool for a minimum of 30 minutes.
8. The activities and conduct of any swimmer must not interfere with the safety and enjoyment of others.
9. If you cannot swim, you cannot be in the deep end of the pool.
10. No artificial flotation devices of any kind are allowed in the deep end of the pool.
11. No pets are allowed in the pool complex.
12. No hanging on the ropes. The dividing rope is a DHEC requirement, and the pool must close if the rope is broken.
13. No diving in the shallow end of the pool.
14. No flips (forward or backward).
15. No running or horseplay in the pool complex.
16. No diapers are allowed in the pool.
17. Use good judgment and common sense.
18. Any abuse of pool equipment (skimmers, jet rings, etc.) will result in loss of pool privileges.
19. Tables, chairs and lounges are available on a first come, first served basis. Cabana equipment is for use by Pool Operations only.
20. The pool complex is a tobacco free area.
NOTE: Pool complex is defined as entire area inside the fence.
